Welcome to our Yoga and Spa Retreat, specially designed for women navigating the transformative journey of menopause. This retreat is a sanctuary where wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation converge, offering you the tools to embrace this phase of life with grace and vitality. Through tailored yoga sessions, soothing spa treatments, and holistic therapies, we aim to help you balance body, mind, and spirit.
Whether you're seeking relief from physical symptoms, emotional support, or simply a peaceful escape, our expert practitioners and serene environment are here to nurture and empower you every step of the way.
Retreat Programme
There will be 2 classes each day, including a Q&A session regarding your menopause journey. The first class will be at 17:30 on the first evening followed by a delicious evening meal.
Each morning Jackie will begin by taking you through a yoga session at around 08:00 before breakfast. We will enjoy lunch 13:00-14:00 before our second yoga session of the day. Each day will finish with dinner at around 19:30.
In-between classes, you have free time to relax and enjoy the facilities, or perhaps explore the local surroundings and what it has to offer.
Jackie teaches a varied style of yoga with modifications to suit all abilities. She will be focusing on yoga poses that will help to support you with navigating your menopause journey, regardless of where you are. You can also use these sessions to share and learn from one another on how to manage our symptoms.
Champneys Forest Mere
One of several Champneys health resorts in the UK, Champneys Forest Mere is an elegant lakeside sanctuary set in woodlands and lawns in northeastern Hampshire. Like other Champneys resorts, this year-round resort offers world-class amenities to help guests restore and re-energise while staying in a choice of charming rooms and indulging in nutritious and well-balanced cuisine. The interiors of the manor house are designed to echo a chic mountaintop chalet and provide extensive facilities, from a 25-metre indoor pool, whirlpool, and outdoor hydro pool to a luxurious spa furnished with the latest facilities. Guests can also enjoy yoga, Pilates, and other retreat sessions outdoors in the gorgeous grounds.
When you fancy branching out, the historic cathedral city of Winchester and village of Chawton, once home to Jane Austen, together with the footpaths and beaches of the South Downs National Park lie nearby.

11am Check out
