Laura brings over 6 years of experience teaching Yoga & Meditation to her retreats. Having practiced yoga all over the world she has picked up a unique style of helping her students move energy through their bodies by the motion of movement, removing any blockages with the connection of breath, and controlling the mind through different forms of meditation.
