Pilates Instructor

Initially Kelly started out in the fitness industry, this soon led to the start of her Pilates journey. She qualified to become a Pilates instructor with the Pilates Institute in London over 20 years ago and now runs a successful local Pilates business.


Kelly lived in Japan for nearly two years teaching 1-2-1’s and small groups from all over the world, this is where she gained a lot of her confidence and experience. She has completed and continues to attend the latest training courses and conventions.


Kelly now does much of her training with Jpilates, now one of the industry’s leading educators. Most recently she has attended their Instructor only Pilates Retreat, where she gained a wealth of Jo’s latest knowledge of creative twists on the original repertoire.


Kelly loves connecting with every type of human about physical health and wellbeing, Pilates gives her that opportunity every day and she finds it is extremely rewarding.
