Why book with Success Retreats?We are one of the very few operators offering financially protected and bonded Retreat packages. We plan your trip from start to finish inclusive of flights and airport transfers. All of our locations have been fully audited and all of our instructors are highly experienced and qualified in their field.

What is the typical group size?We usually recommend no more than 16 passengers to one Instructor.

Is my retreat guaranteed to depart?We strive to operate every Retreat and have based our pricing structure responsibly as we know how frustrating it is when holiday packages are cancelled. However, in the event of minimal bookings, we may have no option but to cancel the Retreat and offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.

How do I book?Click on the link for the Retreat you would like to book, which will take you through to the booking page where you can input your details and pay your deposit online to secure your place.

How do I pay for my retreat?You can manage your booking and payments online through the account you create when you book onto the Retreat. Alternatively, we can provide direct transfer details, or you can call us and pay by card over the phone.

Is my money safe?Yes, your money is safe with Success Retreats. Success Retreats is a brand of Success Tours Ltd and owned by The Albatross Group, a collection of travel companies formed in 1985, which offers unmatched experience in creating and providing group tours. As part of the group, Succes Retreats is ATOL-licenced and ABTOT protected, which means you can rest easy knowing that your money is secure, and you are fully financially safeguarded.

Is all travel and transfers included?Yes where stated. We do offer ground only Retreat packages upon request where perhaps you would like to arrange your own flights. In addition, we can also arrange deviations and extensions to your trip upon request.

Are Success Retreats accessible for those with a disability?Success Retreats takes reasonable steps to accommodate the needs of those mobility impaired travellers and give assistance where possible, however due to the nature of our retreats, they may not be suitable without full mobility.

How does Success Retreats support sustainable travel?We stay in privately run hotels with an understanding and experience of what it is Retreat groups require during their stay. Many of our Retreats offer vegetarian or Vegan cuisine if required.

Do you sell travel insurance?No, Success Retreats does not sell travel insurance. However, you can search online or ask your home or car insurer for details. We recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as your booking is live and you have paid your deposit.

Are tips/gratuities included in the price?No, gratuities for Instructors or coach driver are at your discretion and payable at the end of your holiday.

Can I purchase optional excursions? / Are they optional excursions to buy in resort?Yes. All optional excursions will be listed on the website and detailed in your travel pack. You can book these in advance.

Do you offer hotel room upgrades?In some resorts there is the opportunity to upgrade your room. This information will be available in your travel pack prior to departure.

What meals and food is included?All of our Retreats are created bespoke to the instructors’ requirements. The majority of our Retreats include breakfast and dinner, often with the option of lunch being added or purchased in resort if required.

Can you cater for special dietary needs?Yes, of course. When booking your tour please ensure you special dietary needs are advised. Once you arrive and begin your tour, please reconfirm your dietary needs with your Instructor. Please note, whilst every effort is made to ensure your dietary needs are properly catered for, we cannot guarantee absolute satisfaction every time.

Where will I meet the instructor in resort?You will meet your instructor upon arrival at either your departure airport or when you arrive at your accommodation. They will let you know where the first session will take place and that is when you will meet the group you are on Retreat with, in the Welcome Circle.

Is there someone local, that I can speak to in an emergency or for help?Yes, your Instructor will be present at all times and will be able to help in the case of an emergency.

Will there be someone to meet me at my UK departure airport?This is dependent on whether the instructor has arrived ahead of the group, some may travel out with the group.

What is the luggage allowance?Most of our flights are operated by British Airways. British Airways Luggage Allowance is as follows: Checked baggage - 1 Bag per person, up to 90 x 75 x 43cm, up to 23kg Hand bag - 1 x Bag per person, up to 40 x 30 x 15cm, up to 23kg Cabin bag - 1 x Bag per person, up to 56 x 45 x 25cm, up to 23kg If we confirm a tour based on another flight operators schedule, we will publish their specific luggage allowance in good time.

How many Yoga/Pilates/Wellness sessions are there each day?Typically there will be between 2-3 sessions per day, often one in the morning, one late afternoon and sometimes one after dinner or during the middle of the day. This will be decided by the Instructor and you will receive a finalised itinerary before your departure.

What should I pack for the Retreat?This will depend on the location of your Retreat as to whether you will need to bring specific yoga equipment with you, as some locations have mats, blocks, bricks, straps, bolsters, balls and other fitness equipment. You will be advised on what equipment to bring and the dress code for the evenings in your welcome pack which you will receive no later than 4 weeks prior to your departure.

Do you need to be experienced in Yoga or Pilates?No definitely not! Unless the Retreat states “beginner” or “advanced” our Retreats are open to everyone, no matter your experience or levels. Our instructors are able to adapt and modify options throughout their sessions to cater for all.
